Robert Gowan, originally from Houston, Texas, has called San Antonio home for the last 15 years. Currently he is an avid Sportsman and Conservationist. He is also an Ambassador and Mentor with the Concussion Legacy Foundation, District Director for Senate District 25 State Republican Executive Committee, and serves on the Advisory Committee at The School of Nursing at Palo Alto College.
His past accomplishments and former duties include former guest lecturer at UTSA with the Communications Department and former Veteran Relations Director and Campaign Director for State Senator Donna Campbell.
He is a Graduate of the Virginia Military Institute and the Defense Information School. Retiring as an Army Lieutenant Colonel, Robert has served our country with over 25 years of service. He has served all over the world, with multiple deployments in Iraq, Afghanistan and Pakistan. His service includes but is not limited to Field Artillery Officer, Nuclear Weapons Officer, Paratrooper, Public Affairs Officer, Information Operations Planner and has served in the Special Operations Community on multiple occasions.
