Career
As Bexar County Elections Administrator, Michele Carew, expertly oversees voter registration and election operations for over 1.2 million registered voters across 776 precincts. Bringing over 18 years of dedicated experience, Michele is also a promiment leader in her field, having served as President of the Texas Association of Elections Administrators (now known as Texas Association of County Election Officials) and advocating for election professionals statewide in legislative discussions.
Michele began her career in 2007 in Parker County, broadening her service to include Aransas, Hood and Bexar Counties.
When she is not at work Michele cherishes spending time with her family, especially her 15 grandchildren.
