About Me

Retired bilingual CW3 who served over 20 years in US Army Special Forces (SF) units in the U.S., Republic of Panama, and three consecutive combat tours in El Salvador as an advisor for 1000-man counterinsurgency units. Assigned as an initial advisor for the newly formed Salvadoran Special Operations Brigade, Chief of Operations for a 120-man SF in-extremis unit deploying hostage rescue training teams to over 20 Latin American (LATAM) countries. Developed a Counterterrorism competition for LATAM countries (Fuerzas Comandos) which has continued for over 25 years. One of the founding assessors of the SF initial assessment program (SFOT/SFAS).


Retired Senior Operations Officer (GS-15) with nearly 20 years of federal government experience, serving domestically and abroad in LATAM and the Near East. Managed several multi-million-dollar programs — overseeing diverse interagency teams working against issues directly impacting top U.S. national security priorities. Successfully managed relationships with numerous foreign partners at the senior level including Heads of State.


Member of American Legion China Post 1, VFW Post 8451, Elks Lodge No. 1414, AFAM Gatun Lodge, Disabled American Veterans, and the Special Forces Association previously serving as the President of Chapter VII and currently as President of Chapter XV.
