This month we are honored to welcome San Antonio Police Chief William P. McManus as our guest speaker. Chief McManus has led the San Antonio Police Department since 2006, following distinguished service as Chief of Police in Minneapolis and Dayton, Ohio. His law enforcement career began in 1975 with the Washington D.C. Metropolitan Police Department, where he rose through the ranks to Assistant Chief before moving into chief leadership roles across the country.
Chief McManus will share insights on crime statistics, manpower challenges, and the recently approved 2026 budget—and what these developments mean for San Antonio. With decades of experience and national recognition in law enforcement leadership, his perspective offers valuable context on the challenges and opportunities…
