Ticket Cancellation & Credit Policy

Alamo Pachyderm Club | Event Registration

​

All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable. However, we understand that plans can change.

If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer the value of your ticket to our next scheduled event. Requests must be submitted no later than the day before the event.

​

Cancellations received on the day of the event, as well as no-shows, are not eligible for event credit.

​

Event credits are valid for the next scheduled event only and are not redeemable for cash. To request a credit, please contact the Alamo Pachyderm Club before the cancellation deadline.

Please note that submitting a cancellation request does not automatically guarantee an event credit. Requests will be reviewed in accordance with our Ticket Cancellation & Credit Policy.

 

If eligible, you will receive an email with tickets to the next eligible event within 2-5 business days.
