Ken Mercer is the Founder of: Mercer Moments in America History LLC. His book, Slavery 101 champions a forgotten and deleted history of how new Christians of the Great Awakening abolished Human Slavery.

Ken Mercer was blessed - became first Republican elected to Texas State House District 117 in ONE-HUNDRED and TWENTY-FIVE YEARS! He served two years in the Texas House of Representatives (Committees of Higher Education, Transportation and House Administration)
Ken then served fourteen years - Texas State Board of Education (Vice-Chair: Committee on Curriculum and Instruction, Chair: Charter Schools and Strategic Planning, Member: Finance - $35 Billion Endowment Fund, and Chair: Teacher of the Year).
Mercer also served two years on Texas Governor Rick Perry’s - Homeland Security, Key Infrastructure Committee.
Ken Mercer labels himself as a Christian and Constitutional Conservative. His motto and slogan remain:
“Faith, Family, and Freedom.”
Ken Mercer will stand for his faith, strengthen the family, and defend our God-given freedoms.
One constituent kindly refers to Ken Mercer as: “The Minister of Education!” He considers his work in education as a “Ministry” to “Save America” and “Take America Back.”
Ken Mercer earned a national reputation for asking the right questions to “education experts” - questions our Far-Left hates and refuses to answer in public. The media often attacked Mercer for refusing to “rubber stamp” education lobbyists, for his consistent decisions to put the rights and concerns of Moms and Dads ABOVE the “woke” indoctrination agenda of “Educrats.”
Numerus awards, including San Antono Police Officers: Legislator of the Year, and honored as second Civilian, Lifetime Member – 2nd Indian Head Division, U.S. Army, WWII (the first: Harry S. Truman)
Finally, Ken Mercer believes:
